Yoga Description:
The Niagara Climbing Center is pleased to welcome Center Yoga, a yoga and meditation space in the Niagara Climbing Center building.

We offer a complement of practices from intense workout to fully restorative relaxation at a variety of times to accommodate your schedule.

Whether you are looking to augment traditional climbing or fitness workouts with a practice that stretches tight muscles and destresses the mind, or you are searching for a lifestyle practice that will enhance all aspects of your life, yoga is a path worth taking.

Yoga Foundation - Beginners to Seasoned - Sunday 11am-12pm
Gentle Flow - Beginners to Seasoned - Monday 1:45-2:45pm & 6:30-7:30pm - Saturday 9-10am
Vinyasa Flow - Intermediate to Seasoned - Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm
Release & Relax - Beginners to Seasoned - Wednesday 7-8pm
Power Flow - Intermediate to Seasoned - Thursday 7-8pm
